Throughout my career, I’ve been at the intersection of innovation and execution, guiding enterprise clients like Costco, REI, T-Mobile, Chevron, and Honda through digital transformation and complex implementations. My background spans industries and delivery models — Waterfall, Agile, Lean — with deep experience in HR, CRM, Finance, and B2B systems. I’m also a former pre-sales partner and engagement architect, so I understand the full lifecycle of customer success — from solutioning to sustained delivery and everything in between.
